Rachel Boettner

Office Manager

Rachel started at Music4Kids at the age of 17 as an accompanist for our kids choir shortly after we opened our very first location in 2000.  Soon she was working in administration plus teaching piano and Kindermusik.  She left us after several years to begin raising and home schooling her family of six. We are delighted to announce that her family is thriving and ready to loan her to us again on Mondays - Thursdays  from 2:00-6:00 as our office manager.  Her role includes managing our calendar, helping families to enroll or make any necessary changes to their membership, and responding to phone calls and emails.  If you need anything, she is here to help!

Carly Kaus

Marketing Specialist

Carly grew up in a musical family, where road trips and holidays were always filled with the sounds of James Taylor and Nat King Cole—her parents' favorites. Now, as a first-time mom to a little boy who loves music, she’s having lots of fun sharing the joys of music with him.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from George Fox University, and with several years of great marketing experience, Carly has a passion for helping local businesses thrive. You’ll often find her helping at the front desk or snagging some fun photos and videos around the studio. Feel free to introduce yourself—and if you have a dog, she’d love to see pictures as she's a huge dog lover!
