Cancel Membership

Are you sure you want to cancel?  You may complete a Request to Pause form to pause your membership for one or two months without having to re-register and pay another registration fee.  

We’re sorry to see you go.  We understand that sometimes family schedules change or other commitments come up.  We hope you had an awesome time while you were enrolled at Music4Kids!

If we can do anything that would make is possible for you to continue, please let us know.  We will miss you and would welcome you back at any time!
